  3. Introduction In the Fall of 2011, I was offered an internship with Lamar County School District. Not knowing what to expect, I started this journey with all that I had acquired from the University of Southern Mississippi Information Technology department. I decided that the opportunity was great and my best option to prove that I could be successful in my career. The schools within the district are Sumrall, Oak Grove, Purvis, and Baxterville.

  7. Reimaging • Installing operating system by writing a disk image to the hard disk • Faster • Contains drivers • Reimaged windows machines through the network • Reimaged macbooks from external hard drive • Mac Os X 10.6.6 and 10.6.7

  8. Conclusion Working with Lamar County School district has been a great experience for me. This internship allowed me to enhance my skills in areas such as troubleshooting, reimaging, and working with Macbooks. Successfully completing the internship, I realize that this is one job I can do in the IT field.
