  6. GOLD Identification & Recruitment • SAMIEEE • Create GOLD Mailing Lists • Create GOLD E-Mail Lists • Student Branches • Recruit Graduating Student Branch Leaders for GOLD • Hold joint social event for graduating students

  7. Forming a GOLD Affinity Group • Select Section GOLD Chair • Plan initial event • Request QSIF money • Obtain 6 signatures • Submit Affinity Group application www.ieee.org/organizations/rab/scs/forms_petitions/afform.html • Have fun!

  8. Student Branch/Section Interaction • Active and energetic volunteers • Host joint Section and Student Branch meetings and events • Joint projects with Student Branches

GOLD Activities • What Should our Program Do? • Hold at least 2 non-technical programs/year • Work with PACE, Educational Activities, Student Branches and other Chairs to coordinate programs • Have Fun! • Who Should Attend our Programs? • Everyone! Although GOLD is tailored toward the recent graduate, but we don’t check ID’s!
