RADWG mandate • Working group to share information among accelerator sectors groups dealing with radiation • Presentation and discussion on radiation facilities, test setups and results • Organization of the Radiation Test plan • Out side CERN (PSI, CEA, Fraunhofer and others) • At CERN (CNRAD, H4IRRAD  CHARM) • Communication on calculations and measurements of the radiation levels in the CERN machines • Report of the equipment failure due to radiations and their follow-up Review • Discussion of the mitigation actions • Update/Summary of relevant workshop and conferences
