DISILLUSIONED • adj. stripped of hopes, or optimism, disappointed I was disillusioned by the lack of service I received at the restaurant, so I vowed to never eat there again.
SLIPSHOD • adj. untidy in dress, personal habits, etc.; careless, sloppy She understand math very well, but she did poorly on the examination because of slipshod work in computation.
HOARD • V. to keep something to oneself Some people believe that to hoard more money than you need is a sin.
