ATCE 2017: Request for Sponsorship October 9th – 11th, 2017 San Antonio, TX • Current State: Over 100 students registered for ATCE • Reimbursement of entry cost (75$) • Impact: Reduces cost of attendance ~50% • Goal: reimburse every TAMU SPE registration cost • Requirement: $7500 • Additional funding to be used for a bus • 56 people/bus • Cost: $3500/bus
