DTAP Milestone Deliveries • SE2020 Deliverables / DTAP Development: • Limited Trials Build undergoing Functional Testing @ WJHTC • Fixes previous HIGH/MED-HIGH level PTRs • Installed @ MEM ATCT 12/3 for continued Functional /FDX-UPS Testing • CAF, UM80, UM79 (Non INT), AOC DM (non SI Doc compliant) • Full Trials Build scheduled estimated for delivery to the WJHTC on Jan 22 • Initial UM79 requirement included (ERAM FIR Boundary limits) • UM83 and discovered ‘out of scope’ minimum Trials requirements included • Additional requirements from testing included • Represents ‘full fleet’ Trials functionality

MEM Full Functionality Trials Ops • Dec 10-17: • Final DTAP SE2020 Contract Build 6 Requirements/Delivery Date Implementation • Jan 22-Feb 6: • Full Functionality Build installed on WJHTC DTAP – Functional Testing Window • FDX Pilot Training 30 Day Notice Given (FF Build Accepted for Trial Ops – 2/4) • Jan 29-Feb 8: -Conduct OT3 @ MEM (1/29) - Conduct Formal ATC DTAP Training @ MEM • Feb 10-Feb 15: - END OF LIMITED OPS TRIALS (2/10) • Install Full Functionality Build on MEM DTAP (2/11) • Pre-SAT, Functional Testing Activities • FDX GOC Training 2 Week Notice Given • Feb 18-22: • Formal Full Functionality Build SAT @ MEM • Full Trials Go/No-Go Checkpoint (2/22) • March 4: FULL FUNCTIONALITY TRIALS START ~50 flights (2/25 Target Start Option) - Trials Procedures Shake Out

Tech Ops DTAP Certification • Certification on Track to enable Trials start: • Tech Ops reps completed draft DTAP Certification procedures at the WJHTC lab on 10/10 & 11 • Procedures / FAM Training complete • AJW-13 to propagate Notice to field / trials sites • FSEP office notified FTI that Cert / FAM procedures are satisfactory: • Allows FSEP DTAP log entry & FTI check-off • Train MEM Tech Ops Scheduled for December 17: • Trained MEM Tech Ops reps credentialed via District Mgr.

MEM Training and Procedures • MEM Training and SAT Procedures complete: • Limited MEM DTAP Training scheduled for Jan 2-7 2013 • Full MEM DTAP Training planned for Jan 29 – Feb 8 • MEM Trials SAT draft released for internal review 12/3 • FDX Training: • FDX AOC/Dispatch training (2 weeks advance notice req) • FDX Pilot training (30 day advance notice req) • FAA CMO LOA (2 weeks advance notice req)

Trials Metrics Development • DTAP log file analysis underway: • Thales to provide tools for decoding/presenting DTAP log file data • Summary Trials data analysis planned • DCIT Plenary Update • Independent Safety Assessment Office (AJI-321) planning Trials evaluation and analysis: - Trials team to provide ISA with Trials procedures, metrics and test plans

  12. Trials CSP Service Update • ARINC/SITA Current Agreements: • ARINC Trials service being extended from current 12/31 POP end • Additional ARINC extensions available if required • SITA service contract extended on month x month basis

EWR Trials Schedule/Planning • Verify limited Trials start @ EWR can commence before the MEM 120 day review checkpoint • EWR Trials Start in April is a challenge for DCP: • EWR ATC accepts final MEM DTAP functionality for initial Trials implementation (Dec, DCIT Ops Mgt) • EWR CHI functionality updated utilizing a TBD DTAP release • EWR May-Sept Implementation Freeze Out • EWR Trials Implementation Activities Underway: • Meeting at facility with ATC and Tech Ops Mgt (12/17) • FTI Telco/Network Connectivity Order Initiated • DTAP ZNY HADDS/OARS interface configuration Initiated • HADDS, FDIO Test NCP development Initiated • Equipment Implementation goal in March • Initial operators include UAL, FDX, UPS, LFT
