As determined by National Science Foundation. • Oversight – SC Department of Education and local Advisory Boards. The Hubs 1993 - 2003 • 8 Regional Mathematics & Science Centers • Scope of Work: 2003-09: Instructional Coaching and standards implementation as determined by SCDE. • Oversight - SC Department of Education. • SCCMS is formed.
