  5. Diagnostico • Historia clínica y examen físico • Laboratorio • EGO • Hemograma • PFR • Gabinete • Rx • Us • PIV • TAC

  6. Diagnostico diferencial Enf osteomuscular Enf gastrointestinal Aneurismas desecantes Enf ginecológicas Enf pleuropulmonar Enf neurológica Hematomas retroperitoneales

  7. Tratamiento • Alivio del dolor • AINES • Bloqueo subcostal • Opioides • Tx complementario • Antiespasmódicos • Antieméticos • Alfa-bloqueadores

  8. Indicaciones para hospitalización Dolor refractario Dilatación significativa Riñón único o trasplantado Hematuria intensa Vómitos incoercibles Infección asociada Enfermedades asociadas Cálculos grandes (>6mm)

  9. Tratar la obstrucción • Cirugía urgente • Infección asociada • Deterioro de la función renal • Tamaño y localización del lito --- tipo de tratamiento
