  2. Motorul asincron – stator subansamblu • Statorul subansamblu : • pachet stator bobinat • carcasa prelucrata VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

Pachet stator bobinat subansamblu • Tola stator se realizate prin stantare pe prese specializate sau prin decupare pe masini de taiere cu laser • Pachet stator – N tole stator impachetate la Lp • Bobinaj realizat cu conductor rotund de cupru (la motoarele foarte mari se utilizeaza si conductor profilat) VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

  4. Carcasa prelucrata • Carcasele se pot face din : • aliaj de aluminiu turnat sub presiune • fonta turnata • otel (carcase sudate) VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

  5. Rotor subansamblu • Rotorul este format din : • arbore prelucrat (OL 50 sau OLC 45) • colivie in scurtcircuit turnata sub presiune sau centrifugal (pachet tole rotor + aluminiu sau siluminiu) • rulmenti cu bile sau un rulment cu bile si unul cu role VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

  6. Cutie borne subansamblu • Cutia subansamblu : • cutie de borne • placa borne • capac cutie borne • introducator cablu alimentare (presetupe) VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

  7. Scut normal – scut flansa • Scuturile au rolul de a inchide motorul si de suport pentru cei doi rulmenti (actionare si ventilator) VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL

  8. Ventilator - capota ventilator • Ventilatorul exterior are rol in racirea motorului si poate fi executat din material plastic, aluminiu sau otel • Capota are rol de protectie a ventilatorului si a utilizatorilor si de directionarea a aerului de racire VM & M CONSULTING TEAM SRL
