  5. Where Did That Music Come From? In the United States and Japan music created domestically is clearly primary. In other countries music from other nations has a much larger following.

  8. Which Nations Sold the Most Movie Admissions in 2001? Given the number of admissions sold in the U.S., it’s not surprising that America has a huge role in deciding international box-office hits. See next slide.

  10. What Market Share Do U.S. Films Have? Over 93% of all movies watched in the United States are American. Even in France, over half of all the films seen are American.
