Main thematic areas in the 1st year • State of the Art phase(WP3, Act. 1) • Preparing for „deep dives” (IWT labs) – incl. 1st IWT lab(WP3, Act. 2-3) • Stakeholder engagament – DaHar Support Forums(WP5, Act. 1) + RIS pilot preparation(WP3, Act. 4) + preparing for the Strategy building(WP4) „flowchart”
State of the Art phase Still to be done: • Finalizing compiledSoA study (5 main chapters) • Prepare excecutive summary • Translate excecutive summary into local languages REMEMBER!: SoA study is 1 of the basic documents for prepare for the Master Class >> latest deadline: 18 March 2012

Preparing for „deep dives” (IWT labs) – incl. 1st IWT lab Still to be done: • Update Methodological guideline for status quo and lab reports based on the experiences of the 1st IWT lab (EHOO report to be used as an example) • EHOO lab report (=sample) to be prepared by 13 April (Remember! next IWT lab: 23-25 April (APDF, APDM))
What else? RIS pilot preparation: • 1st RIS meeting held in Vienna (19 Jan 2012) – according to the plans • Gathering information from ports • Defining content of the RIS pilot – ongoing,details to be discussed today Preparing for the Strategy building: • Methodological guidelines for Master Plans (deadline: Feb 2012) – 1st version ready >> to be updated based on the inputs of the 3rd TG
Administrative issues • Procurement of external experts delayed(e.g.Mun. Galati, Public Ports) >> underspending • Regular online meetings • Feedbacks + good occasion to discuss and come to an agreement „-” not all PPs participating , „noisy” PPs feedbacks??? • Web-conferencing tools of the PPs?
