  1. Anger Social Skills Unit What is anger? How do you feel when you are angry? What can we do when we are angry to calm down?

  2. How do you feel when your angry? Some times people feel angry. When you feel angry your face may turn red and feel hot, your body might get very tense, you might want to shake your fist in the air or yell at someone. When your angry you might put your teeth together really tight and your eyebrows might go down really low. You also might cross your arms.

  3. What might make you angry? Arguing with a friend Not getting a turn when playing with friends

  4. Getting into trouble with a parent or teacher Not getting your way

  5. Not being able to play When you lose a game

  6. Getting the wrong answer When someone cuts in front of the line

  7. When your angry you might make bad decisions like… Yelling Whining Crying

  8. Fighting Calling People Bad Names Breaking things

  9. If your angry, how can you calm down? Take some deep breaths in and out Count out loud to 10

  10. Ask nicely to be left alone Ask nicely to take a break
