  8. Adjust parking allowance for employees working as the World Center building: • Based on the actual price of parking fee around The World Center building. • Adjust the monthly parking allowance: VND120,000VND160,000 • Effective time: May 01, 2011 OTHER ACTIVITIES

  9. 2010 tax finalization: • Submit all requested document for 2010 tax finalization to tax authority. • Get the confirmation from tax authority for 2010 tax finalization. • Planned tax refund to employees: May 30, 2011 OTHER ACTIVITIES

LOMA examination • Number of students: 03 students • Number of taken credits: 05 credits • Examination date: May 10 & 11, 2011 • The result will be noticed in June 2011 OTHER ACTIVITIES Due to the number of student taking the LOMA examination is only a few. Division director / manager please encourage your staff to take LOMA examination.

Service &Tax) • New rental charge : asked the Landlord to reduce based on the current market situation • Status : Official letter sent to N’orch Landlord on Apr.28, 2011 for asking them to reduce rental charge. Keep following up the feedback.
