Polywert UNIRENO Polyesterfibre-Insolationplates for the floorlayer and the floortiler usual size 60 x 100 cm with different thickness for different applications: Polywert UNIRENO 4 mm: for stress compensation 9 mm: for stress compensation and soundinsolation 15 mm: for stress compensation, sound- and heatinsolation
Example for Polywert UNIRENO 4 mm Polywert UNIRENO Setting tiles on a stone floor with crackes ?? Ceramic tiles – stress compensated! Tile adhesive Polywert UNIRENO 4 mm Tile adhesive Polywert UNIRENO Polywert UNIRENO slab insolation
Example for Polywert UNIRENO 9 mm Polywert UNIRENO hard tiles over a wooden substrate ?? Ceramic tiles – stress compensated an sound insulated! Tile adhesive Polywert UNIRENO 9 mm Tile adhesive Surface levelling Surface sealing Acrylc joint filler Polywert UNIRENO Polywert UNIRENO
Example for Polywert UNIRENO 15 mm Polywert UNIRENO Sound insulation with minimally thickness together with tiles ?? Ceramic tiles – stress compensated, noise reduced and warm! Tile adhesive Surface levelling Electric floorheating Sticky tape over the joints Polywert UNIRENO 15 mm not sticked to the surface ! Polywert UNIRENO Polywert UNIRENO Stone floor with lower insulation

important: Put insulation strips around the walls ! Set the plates without crossing joints !
New sound-insulation-plate UR-12 Silent with L‘Avis Technique since 15.10.2003
What is UR-12 Silent ? It is a polyester fiber plate of the thickness 9 mm with smaller density and a under-laterally up-covered polyester fleece of the thickness 3 mm. Total thickness = 12 mm. UR-12 Silent UR-09 density 600 kg/m³ density 780 kg/m³ aufkaschiertes Polyestervlies Weight per unit area: 6,1 kg/m² Weight per unit area: 7,0 kg/m²
UR-12 Silent Comparison of the characteristics and areas of application with UR-4, 9 und 15
Example of a test at CSTB: dynamic Pressure 200 kg Arrangement of the uncoupling Arrangement of the tiles on uncoupling 30x30 cm 30x30 cm 30x30 cm 60x30 cm Feed motion 5 N/sec minimum: 200 kg Reached: 223 kg! 30x30 cm 30x30 cm 30x30 cm hole ø 20 cm, depth 2 mm under uncoupling in a layer of linoleum Steel cylinder, diameter = 25 mm Ceramic tiles Adhesive with fabric UR-12 Silent Layer of linoleum With centric hole of 20 cm Hard underlayer of the test set-up
Special advantages and use with UR-12 Silent • Low structure height - only 12 mm • High impact sound insulation - 19 dB with ceramic tiles • To shift swimming - high application security and high laying work • Easily separatable - simple handling • L‘Avis Technique in France • The first swimming deployable system in France! • The best swimming deployable system in Germany - 19 dB! • Considerable thermal insulation - 70% of PE 035. UR-12 Silent with 12 mm dams like PE 035 with 8 mm)
Example for Polywert UNIRENO 15 mm FS frost-resistant: Polywert UNIRENO Tiles on existing tiles in the outdoor area ?? Ceramic tiles – stress compensated! Examples for Polywert UNIRENO 4 mm • On cement-based subsrtates or existing flooring of ceramic tile, stone materials, parquet,PVC, etc. • On floorheating, because of very low heatinsulation RB: • tile: 0.0067 m²K/W • tile adhesive: 0,0014 m²K/W • Polywert UNIRENO 4 mm: 0,0350 m²K/W • RB: 0,0431 m²K/W < 0,17 m²K/W *) • *) Maximum amount for floorlayers over floorheating • On Wood- or concretestairs with contact to the walls. • Over dilatations-joints in existing flooring. • - under electric floor-heating – 15 % more efficiency!
Examples for POLYWERT UNIRENO 9 mm: • On cement-based substrates or existing flooring of ceramic tile, stone materials, parquet,PVC, etc. • On wooden ceiling, on floorboards together with surface levelling or directly on chipboards with minimum thickness 16 mm and two layers or 25 mm one layer, always sticked to the substrate. • - In bathrooms together with a sealing on Polywert UNIRENO 9 mm, to protect the wooden substrate. • Over dilatations-joints in existing flooring • Under electric floor-heating – 30 % more efficiency! • - Not over floorheating, the heatinsulation ist to much!
Examples for Polywert UNIRENO 15 mm: • On cement-based substrate or existing flooring of ceramic tile, stone materials, parquet,PVC, etc. Polywert UNIRENO 15 mm can be installed without sticking to the surface: Perfect stress compensation from the surface. • Great insolation of noice caused by foot traffic and impact. • - Ceramic tiles or stone material can be set with less dilatations-joints for example in car dealers or in big shops. • Installation of apartments in the top store of older apartmenthouses, to get the necessary isolation of noice with a minimally thickness ofe the new floor. • Under electric floor-heating – 30 % more efficiency! • - Not over floorheating, the heatinsulation ist to much!
Examples for Polywert UNIRENO 15 FS frostresistant: • On substrates in the outdoor area and extrem wet areas: • Typical substrates: roof terrace with bitumen-sealing. • wooden balcony with floor-bords. • terrace with permanent humidity from the underground • existing tiles on balkonies and terraces. • Advantage: New frostresistant floor with a minimally thickness.
