Schedule Development • Sound WBS w/Dictionary – (encompass all deliverables for entire scope of project) • Define Activities – Description (start w/verb), Durations (realistic duration, not just effort driven, target of 2 months or less) • Assign Resources – labor (in hours and include inefficiencies), material, equipment) • Define Relationships – predecessors/ successors • Develop Milestones w/Dictionary – Level 0 -?, establish schedule contingency with different level of milestone 19-May-2010 Mu2e WGM
