Director’s Cost, Schedule, and Management Review • Drafting Charge will address cost, schedule, management (including ES&H), and follow-up on status of design review recommendations needed for CD-1. Behind on issuing draft but will have out by end of month. • Project to establish target date for Director’s Review • Needs to be realistically aggressive • Base the date on when the project feels they can be ready for CD-1 When a DOE review might be scheduled is not the key driver. The driver is having a successful review. • The earlier the date can be established the better because of reserving rooms and availability of reviewers. 15-Jun-2011 Mu2e WGM
