Schedule Preps • The schedule is to reflect the project’s current work plan and reflect what work has been accomplished • Progress against schedule needs to be demonstrated (activities, milestones and costs) • At the review the project has to be able to demonstrate they are currently on or ahead of plan • Also, the Level 1 – 3 milestones need to be agreed on with their owners, including the schedule contingency associated with each level 12-Jan-10 MicroBooNE WGM
OPMO Review Preparations • Will finalize room reservations when agenda finalized with DOE • Review documentation needs to be posted by end of day on 15-Feb • With a Feb 15 date for posting review documentations plenary dry runs should probably be scheduled towards the end of Feb 1 (potential 4th or 5th). Need to nail the date down. • Will have better understanding of the DOE expectations for CD-1 review after next week’s APUL DOE CD-1 Review 12-Jan-10 MicroBooNE WGM

Action Items Open Items from Last Meeting: a) Cat will present a report on the MiniBooNE decommissioning and enclosure conversion costs and schedule at the January 12 meeting. b) Dave will prepare the status table for the Director’s Review recommendations for the January 12 meeting. c) Cat and Greg will meet before the January 12 meeting to discuss the project status. d) Dean will confirm the posting date for project CD-1 review documentation. e) Dean will schedule dry runs of plenary presentations for the CD-1 review.
