Sep07 Billing • Maintenance period October 1 thru September 30 • ADM for ALL buildings was updated during the Spring billing cycle • For Fall - add any new buildings, note any deletions, make note of Sirsi and Content Enrichment Technical Roundtable
Sep07 Billing • Content Enrichment (CE) only applies to Sirsi districts and is billed annually during the Fall billing cycle. This is a district level charge. Mark all schools in all districts using Content Enrichment. Technical Roundtable
Sep07 Billing • LSTA Automation Grant buildings should be billed during the Spring Cycle not in the Fall. We ask this in the event that if the Fall billing and invoicing cycle experiences delays it could extend beyond the approved LSTA Automation Grants project timeline (beginning October 1st and terminating September 30th the following year). Sep07 Billing • Verify that all buildings on the report are "using" INFOhio on your system. The word "using" is defined as having any records loaded in the library's INFOhio database. If any buildings should NOT be on the report, insert *DEL* in the ADM column for that building. Technical Roundtable
Sep07 Billing Timeline August 10th – ITCs Receive ADM documents from INFOhio August 31st – ITCs Return ADM documents to INFOhio September 14th – ITCs Verify Invoice Amounts ITC payment due to NBEC no later than October 15th Technical Roundtable
