The New Library • The new library was opened in September, 2008 • Library Dedication – Panitza Library – May, 2009
The Mission • Supports the mission of AUBG; • Supports students’ education needs; • Enhances faculty teaching and research needs; • Serves the community; • Serves as a model of modern library practice to the academic community in Bulgaria and the whole region.

The Organization • The library uses the Library of Congress classification system.
Working Hours • Library has flexible working hours and is opened 88 hours a week during the semesters, and 108 during the finals
