New field for YP/Adult Drug datasets ?Alcohol Hepatitis C Tested Added for clarity around Hepatitis C test Date field. Permissible values are “No”, “Yes” and “Not asked”.
Core Dataset H Changes to NDTMS New Fields for YP dataset YP a Looked After Child Introduced to make the LAC status more clear. “Yes”, “No” and “Not Known” are permissible values but only if response is “Yes” will it be possible to enter information under the Location of LAC field. YP Frequency of use of drug 1 at Treatment Start/Exit Permissible values of 0-28 referring to the 28 days preceding treatment or in last 28 days of treatment. “Client declined to answer” is also permissible.

Core Dataset H Changes to NDTMS Additional Changes YP Referral Sources For management and reporting purposes, some codes have been regrouped. Codes 42, 56,52 and 55 (Helpline, Employer (Alcohol Clients only), YP Housing and Website) are placed in a new grouping of “Other”. The codes themselves remain in force and with the same definition as previously.

(These are generated by IT system rather than input by administrator.) Local Authority Is now mandatory for all datasets. (NB: LA, PCT, DAT are all fields expected to reflect on client’s current situation)
