  3. PemeriksaanMotorik • 1. INSPEKSI Jalan , Sikap , Atropidll • 2. TONUS • 3. KEKUATAN • 4. KOORDINASI/ cerebellum

  4. Inspeksi • Jalan, Sikap , Atropi , Involuntary • a. Jalan : - Hemiplegi gait - Ataxic gait • - Scissor gait - Walding gait • - Parkinson gait • b. Sikap : - Drop hand - Claw hand • - Drop foot - Ape hand • - Dystonik - Wajahtopeng • c. Involuntary : • - Tremor - Chorea • - Athetose - Ballismus • - Kejangtonik / klonik / mioklonik • - Tics - Automatis • d. Atropi / Hipertrophy / Pseudohipertrophy

  5. Palpasi Konsistensi : ↑: UMN, ↓ : LMN kelompokotot (biseps, triceps, deltoid, quadriceps, hamstring) Ukurbesar Nyeritekan Kontraktur Konsistensi

  6. Perkusi Normal → kontraksiototsetempat 1-2 detik Miodema→ penimbunansejenak Miotonik→ cekungbebeapadetik
