    Lab 3 The ornery art department (sorry Dede) has 10 Macs and they refuse to give them up. They are currently networked with Appletalk and one color printer. Wire for 32 position lab (adding 12) Leave the existing color printer.

    New Lab Network Segment -Administrative Offices Administrative Segment Administrative Offices have been previously wired. Wire for 8 drops in Room 1S. Wire for 32 drops in Room 3S (LEAP Lab). Switches Needed = Total of 3 Network Segment - East A East A Segment Install 8 drops in each of the 13 classrooms. Install 32 drops in the business lab. Total drops will equal 136. Install 7 switches in the wiring closet. Network Segment - East B East B Segment Install 8 drops in each of the 9 classrooms. Library already has network wiring/Internet access. Install 32 drops in the new lab. Total drops will equal 112. Install 6 switches in the wiring closet. Network Segment – West B West B Segment Install 8 drops in each of the 4 classrooms Install 4 drops in Room 4G. Install 4 drops in Room 6G. Install 4 drops in Stage Area. Install 4 drops in Cafeteria. Install 4 drops in Kitchen. Total drops will equal 52. Install 3 switches in the wiring closet. Network Segment - West A West A Segment Install 12 additional drops in Room 4W – Appletalk Lab. Install 8 drops in Room 6W- Shop. Install 8 drops in Tech Class Room. Install 32 drops in Room 8W – Tech Lab. Total new drops will equal 60. (80 total drops) Install 3 switches in the wiring closet.
