  1. Board Resolutions for BPB Approvals Approve 2014 WECC Business Plan and Budget Resolved, that the WECC Board of Directors (1) approves the WECC 2014 Business Plan and Budget (BP&B) as proposed; (2) directs the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to submit the WECC 2014 BP&B to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation for approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; and (3) authorizes the CEO to make minor edits and corrections to the WECC 2014 BP&B as may be necessary throughout the approval process. Approve 2014 Reliability Coordination Company (RCCo) Business Plan and Budget Resolved, that the WECC Board of Directors (1) approves the RCCo 2014 Business Plan and Budget (BP&B) as proposed; (2) directs the CEO to submit the RCCo 2014 BP&B to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation for approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; and (3) authorizes the CEO to make minor edits and corrections to the RCCo 2014 BP&B as may be necessary throughout the approval process.
