Photo #1 was taken looking west. The operator relocated a portion of the previously installed utility line approximately 7 to 10 feet north just outside of the San Diego Gas & Electric easement boundary that runs along the southern boundary. Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 3 4 Recon Environmental Inc. staff was on-site completing the installation of processed green material for a soil amendment along the southern area of Canyon B. Photo #1 was taken looking northeast. A.M. Ortega Construction was on-site removing six inches of soil along the eastern trench adjacent to the bench road to fill in with asphalt.
