  1. Otay Landfill Inc. 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 2 3 1 The operator was conducting disposal operations along the northern central area of Canyon 3C. Two tippers were in use for commercial vehicles with self-haul customers unloading 100 feet northeast of the tippers. The active working face was approximately 125’ by 75’. Two compactors and one front loader were working on the active face. Tarps used for alternative daily cover were in good condition. Photo #4 was taken looking southeast. Two trailer loads of papayas were escorted to the active working face by a customs agent for disposal. Photo #5 taken looking east.
