Photo #1 was taken looking south. Two empty roll-off boxes at the customer convenience center were observed with holes at the bottom of the boxes and the bottom of the boxes were starting to deteriorate which could allow wastes to spill out of the boxes.   2. Otay Landfill Inc. 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 3 4 The metal patch that had been installed to repair the stack to the blower flare station is showing signs of corrosion. Photo #3 was taken looking east. The adjacent property owner has placed an approximate forty foot high stock pile of crushed rock in the vicinity of the perimeter fence near perimeter probe GP-20. The stock pile appears to have stability issues and may impact the perimeter fence. A shear crack was developing at the top of the pile.
