  1. Otay Landfill 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 1 2 Site disposal operations were occurring along the northwest area of Canyon 3C. Two active working faces were being used for disposal on the existing wet weather deck. Self haul vehicles were unloading on the southeast top deck while commercial end dumps were unloading at the tow of the southeast tipping area. Commercial vehicles and the tipper units for transfer trailers were unloading on the top deck of the northwest tipping area. Photos #1 & #2 were taken looking north. Residual solid waste was observed adjacent to the owl’s burrow. The waste observed at the heavy equipment cleaning areawas similar to the waste observed at the burrow. The lot is unmanned and sales available by appointment only. Photo #5 was taken looking northwest.
