Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 1 Soil excavated for installation of a utility line was observed backfilled into the excavation to cover the exposed waste in Canyon A and the newly installed utility line. Municipal solid waste was observed mixed with the backfilled soil and two large pieces of treated wood waste were among the day-lighting waste. Photo #1 was taken looking southeast. Photos by A.
