Physical activity keeps you healthy that why when you see people that do sports they hardly ever get sick because it build you a good immune system. They are also very condition and can do physical labor longer than someone who isn't conditioned
You will want to stick 2 a good diet which means no fatty or greasy foods like at McDonalds, burger king, and Wendy's. Eat more fruits and vegetables and if you want to eat out get subway but if you do then don’t get mayo or mustard because those are bad for you too
Physical activity improves health and well-being. It reduces stress, makes the heart stronger, makes lungs bigger so you can breathe in more air, increases energy levels, helps you keep and achieve a healthy body weight and it makes you have a better outlook at life We need to have physical activity everyday like at home, at school and at work. GET OUT SIDE FOR ATLEAST 60 MINUTES A DAY

Tobacco can also ruin you life. It makes your lungs shrink so you run out of air faster (so sports wouldn’t be the thing for you) and it messes up your heart, lungs, brain and nervous system
There are lots of ways to make your self stronger and better at sports, steroids aren't 1 of them. Think of all the ways steroids can harm your bodysteroids can weaken the immune system -- the body's defense against germs and diseases. They can also lead to liver damage or cancer, even in young people. They can also permanently stop bones from growing in teenagers.
