  2. MarkeTrak Taskforce: • New Leadership: Co-Chairs • Monica Jones – Reliant Energy • Jonathan Landry – GEXA Energy • Carolyn Reed - Center Point Energy Please congratulate each on their new roles.

  3. MarkeTrak – Conference Call April 30th • Reviewed notes from previous meeting - approved by Taskforce. • Reviewed DRAFT SCR for additional comments and suggestions. • Action Item: Redline document with changes from our conference call was sent out for final review to the Market. Comments are due by noon on Friday, May 1, 2009.

  4. MarkeTrak – Conference call April 30th • Market Participants and ERCOT have utilized MarkeTrak since November of 2006. Enhancements have been identified by the MTF that would benefit all users. Enhancement ideas have been solicited and received by ERCOT since the ‘Pens Down’ portion of the MarkeTrak Phase 2 project. As we continue to see an increase in MarkeTrak issues, more efficiencies to improve the processes are needed.

  5. MarkeTrak – Conference call April 30th SCR Discussion • Add functionality to the MarkeTrak Issue Resolution Tool to: • Improve and standardize MarkeTrak Administration functions • Implement ERCOT validations requested by the MarkeTrak Task Force • Redesign workflows to leverage potential application upgrade from vendor.

  6. MarkeTrak – No Concurrent Licenses available • Currently there are over 4,000 MarkeTrak Users. • Since December, the Market is seeing the following message more frequently - We're sorry, but the last operation caused an error. The last operation resulted in an error, but the following unrecognized error code was received: No concurrent licenses are available.  See your MarkeTrak Administrator or try again later. • The MarkeTrak Taskforce recommends ERCOT to evaluate the purchase of more licenses.
