  1. MarkeTrak TaskForce Update to RMS March 10, 2010

  2. MarkeTrak Task Force meeting was held March 2, 2010. • Update was given by ERCOT on the new monitoring platform and response times. • The Task Force worked with ERCOT to come up with recommendations for benchmarks and response times for the 2010 SLA

  3. Discussed possible solutions for resolving system slowdown issues to the tool by: • Reducing auto-logoff time • Changing default reports • ERCOT provided update on issue archiving effort and made recommendation to archive issues that exceed the 7 month threshold

  4. Amended SCR756 to add a subtype for Rescission issues • SCR756-”Enhancements to the MarkeTrak Application” Is on track for a voting item on RMS April agenda
