  6. Approximate Project Time Lines 2016 • Evaluate RFP Responses • Negotiate Six Agreements • Working with the Vendors Create a Project Plan • Design/outline/document/plan the Network and Process Deliverables

  7. Approximate Project Time Lines 2017 • Begin buildout of network and infrastructure components • Test network and infrastructure components 2018 • Begin moving PSAPs onto the network and deploying services 2019 • Complete moving PSAPs onto the network and deploying services
