AJUNTAMENT DE GAVARDA INFORMA: MODIFICACIÓ DELS PREUS DE LES VIVENDES EDIFICADES A L’ENTRADA DEL POBLE Benvolguts veïns: Una de les principals inquietuds i preocupacions d’aquesta corporació és la d’emprendre aquelles accions i mesures necessàries per satisfer les demandes existents en el municipi per a l’adquisició de vivendes. A aquest efecte, des de l’Ajuntament, s’han dut a terme una sèrie de reunionsamb l’Institut Valencià de la Vivenda, S. A., com a titular de determinades vivendes en el municipi, per intentar adequar el preu d’adquisició de les mateixes amb l’actual escenari econòmic. Fruit d’aquestes reunions i converses mantingudes, el preu per m2 de les vivendes de renda lliure ha quedat equiparat al de vivenda protegida, per la qual cosa el nou preu d’aquestes és el següent:

  2. El nostre Ajuntament va a seguir treballant per poder oferir a tots els veïns de Gavarda possibilitats diferents a la compravenda, que possibilitaran d’igual forma l’accés a la vivenda. Des d’alcaldia atendrem qualsevol suggeriment o necessitat de voler accedir a una vivenda al nostre municipi, creant registres precisos i mantenint les reunions que resulten necessàries per a l’adquisició de vivendes.   4. VIVENDA TIPO “1CL”: 2 altures, 4 habitacions, 3 WC, 1 cotxera, menjador, cuina.

  5. VIVENDA TIPO “2CL” hi han varis tipus de distribució: 2 altures, 4 habitacions, 3 WC, 1 cotxera, menjador, cuina.

  6. VIVENDA TIPO “BL”: 2 altures, 5 habitacions, 3 WC, 1 garaig, menjador, cuina.
