Fluxograma de Atendimento - TIREOPATIAS BÓCIO Avaliar: história, exame físico, TSH e USG de tireóide TSH alto TSH normal TSH < 0,5 (Tratar hipotireoidismo conforme fluxograma) Avaliar características do bócio HIPERTIREOIDISMO Ver fluxograma de hipertireoidismo ENCAMINHAR Bócio difuso (sem nódulos) Bócio com nódulos (único ou múltiplos) Ver fluxograma de Nódulos Tireoidianos TSH normal Sem indicação de encaminhamento pelo(s) nódulo(s) Com indicação de encaminhamento pelo(s) nódulo(s) Avaliar sintomas, USG e exame físico ENCAMINHAR Bocio volumoso(>30-40cm³),com sintomas locais evidentes, ou apresentando TSH<0,5 n0 seguimento Bócio pequeno (<30-40cm3), assintomático SEGUIR NA UBS ENCAMINHAR USG e TSH a cada 6-12 meses
