Purpose of the Program • Community Education provides learning opportunities to all members of the community outside the structure of typical K-12 programming.
Service Delivery Model • Discussions with staff, neighboring programs, instructors, student requests, and trends. • Courses are promoted through our catalog, website, flyers, and direct email. • Instruction is delivered in a traditional classroom, studio setting, and online.
Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: Sustain enrollment at or above 4,007 RESULTS: Enrollment decreased by 15% (609 students/3,398 total students) GOAL: Increase stakeholder satisfaction by 1% (95%) RESULTS: Satisfaction decreased by 2% (92%)
Future Program Goals to be Evaluated • Continue to provide courses that meet the needs/interests of our stakeholders.
