Objectives • Independent and coherent comparison of GHG mitigation potentials and costs in Annex 1 countries for 2020 • using a systems approach, • based on publicly available data, • taking into account co-benefits on air pollution, • independent, financed through IIASA core funds. • Provide open access to all input data and results
