The FactsWhat happened? • In Egypt, Moses spoke to God through the burning bush • Moses parted the Red Sea • The Israelites had to kill their best animal and have a feast to save their children • There were plagues to let the Israelites go free (locusts, blood, first born son death, frogs, flies, sores on their bodies). • Moses was put in a basket on the river to save his life. • Claudia, Jack, Thomas, Oliver, Vivian

  4. The PositivesWhat was good about it? • Moses led the Israelites out of slavery • The sea fell on the Egyptians • Moses told the Israelites how to believe in God • Moses stopped the Egyptians hurting the Israelites • Moses went back to Egypt • Claire, Leon, Michelle, Harry, Annalese

  6. ThinkingWhat happens next? • They will get to Israel • They are all safe and have new homes • They’re still in the desert but will get to Israel • The girl will get her milk?! • Jake, Noah, Jobie, Charlie

CreativityWhat are the alternatives? • God should not have killed the Egyptians children, instead he could have given them a horrible sickness that could be cured. • The Pharaoh should have made the Egyptians work as well so they could help the Israelites, they could work together. • Jane and Steph
