  2. ISUAL Imager Status • Mechanical Design Complete • All Drawings in Configuration Control • Bidding complete and parts due at UCB on 20 July, 2001 • Lens, Intensifier, CCD, and F.O. Taper are in House • Barr Filters originally scheduled for June delivery, now 15 July • Camera Electronics (7 Circuit Boards) • All Schematics Released • ETU Boards Etched and loaded • Analog operation and one digital mode is checked out • Needs revised Actel to complete checkout • Flight Stepper Motors and Heat Pipe are on Order • All Electronic Parts are Received or on Order • High Voltage Power Supply Design and Layout complete and ETU Boards have been Etched and partially loaded • Control Circuits PCB design is complete and ETU board is in Etch NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Status & Schedule H. ISUAL Spectrophotometer Status • Mechanical Drawing Package is Complete • Mechanical Parts Fabrication is Complete • ETU and Flight Lenses and ETU Photomultiplier Tubes are in House • ETU PM Tube potting in process • Filters originally Scheduled for June Delivery, now July • Flight PM Tubes Scheduled for August Delivery • ETU Printed Circuit Board (has PM pre-amps) is assembled and tested • High Voltage Power Supply ETU assembly is complete and checkout is in process NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Status & Schedule H. ISUAL System Associated Electronics Package Status • ETU and Flight Mechanical Parts Fabrication is complete • ETU Power System Fabrication and Checkout are nearly Complete • ETU Data Processing Board is assembled and in checkout • ETU Mass Memory Board is assembled and in checkout • NCKU Supplied Data Compression Board set for July Preliminary Integration • Electronic parts are Under Control • All parts are on order; Most of these are in house • Lagging and late addition parts are being carefully tracked and no problems are expected NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Status & Schedule H.   5. ISUAL Software Status • Commands and Engineering Functions and Telemetry are up and Running • Testing of Science Data Collection and Transmission is in process NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Status & Schedule H. Heetderks

ISUAL Array Photometer Contracting Status • UCB has been unable to get Tohoku under contract • Current strategy is to contract directly with the Japanese company AD Advanced Technology • Tohoku has developed a Statement of Work and and Instrument Specification for the AP, and UCB as sent a formal Request for Proposal to AD Advanced Technology NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Status & Schedule H.
