Expanding Conservation Title support • Conservation practices can help agriculture deliver clean water more cheaply • Municipal sector is estimated to face between $300 billion to $1 trillion in costs (20 yrs) in new infrastructure for clean water • If even a small percentage of that can be invested with ag producers, we can diversity our funding and build a new support for Farm Bill programs

  7. If habitats and resources on a property are being well managed, and we can agree on how to measure their baseline condition and any change in condition, why not come up with a universal, easy-to-use system to create both regulatory predictability and opportunities for compensation.
