  7. Project Technisch Talent Werktin Noord-Holland • gericht op meer structurele aanpak • sturing vanuit werkgeversorganisaties en vakbonden • inspelen op vraag en behoefte van bedrijven • door scholing kansen vergroten • concrete vacatures als uitgangspunt

  8. Project Technisch Talent Werkt in Noord-Holland Drie doelgroepen: • 50 mbo2-opgeleide jongeren scholingsbudget per kandidaat: € 2.500,-- • 50 zij-instromers scholingsbudget per kandidaat: max. € 5.000,-- • 50 vijfenveertig-plussers scholingsbudget per kandidaat: € 3.000,- (max.€ 5.000,--)
