July • Schedule club visits • Submit club visit reports immediately following visit • on-line access available Aug 1 • Schedule & hold Area Council Meeting • Create the Area Success Plan • Area Contest Planning – location, date & time • Schedule & hold Division Council Meeting • Create the Division Success Plan • Submit to District Governor prior to August 31 • Division Contest Planning

  4. Contest Dates Fall Contests Humorous & Table Topics • Encourage clubs to hold contests early • Club contest deadline Sept 27 • Area contest held before Oct 11 • Division contest held before Oct 25

July Proxies Due • Club Proxies – email sent to all Club Presidents and Club Secretaries • Business Meeting – Kuala Lumpur • Assign to the District Governor • Interview candidates for 3rd Vice President and International Directors • 16-18 interviews • Vote on behalf of all clubs in District 42

  6. Club Officer Training • 40% trained (June 29) • Goal: Train 100% • August 31 last date for DCP credit • No exceptions, NO extensions • Continue to train in Sept so all officers will know how to perform their duties = Successful Clubs!
