Bij NAZICHT HEDEN ziet men duidelijk op gelijksvloers en verdiep 1 dat de Ruland-muur in zijn volledige dikte verder loopt EN dat Sampermans-Duobuild gewoon de muur Ruland als binnenmuur gebruikt heeft zonder ook maar één brik eigen muur te plaatsen waarvoor de appartement- eigenaars betaald hebben volgens deze plannen van “bestaande toestand” De KNIK aangeduidt op de plannen als begin van eigen binnenmuur is FOUT !
