  2. KESIMPULAN • Sampai dengan April 2009 pencapaian PB adalah :16.138 atau 34,93% namun ada kesenjangan pencapaian antar wilayah kab/kota. Hanya 1 (satu) kab/kota yaitu kota batam yang mencapai sasaran PPMyaitu 74,64% . Sedangkankab/kota lainnya pencapaian PB dibawah 30%, di mana seharusnya pada april pencapaian PB per kab/kota adalah rata – rata 33,33%. • Sampai dengan April pencapaian PB Pria masih jauh berada di bawah target PPM masih mencapai 10,97%. Sebagian besar kab/kota tidak memiliki peserta KB Pria. • Pelayanan peserta KB Baru masih didominasi oleh Klinik KB Pemerintah dan Bidan Praktek Swasta. Perlu ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan pelayanan KB bagi SDM di klinik KB Pem & Klinik KB Swasta dan jaminan ketersediaan ALKON • Perlu adanya peran serta dari pembina wilayah untuk lebih meningkatkan pencapaian PB dan kualitas laporan terutama untuk kab Lingga, Natuna, dan Anambas
