Further development is needed to adequately demonstrate good practice in this area, but there are no significant concerns for patient safety or quality of care • The doctor has provided at least one item of information relating to the attribute. Assessment of this information demonstrates a significant concern for patient safety or the quality of care which requires immediate referral for further investigation and management. • The doctor has provided no information relating to this attribute or the information is insufficient for an assessment to be made
