Objectives To present our proposed final strategy based on feed back and seek final comments/feedback Provide an outline of the procurement process & timescales Explain our management information requirements Demonstrate our e-sourcing portal – Emptoris Explain how the Government Dynamic MarketPlace works

Review of Progress PIN notice issued 14.2.2012 Industry days held 28/29.2.2012, 42 suppliers attended Customer day held 20.3.2012, 11 organisations attended Both followed by online questionnaires to both (24 responses to industry day & 6 to the customer day) We have consulted with other organisations, ESPO & HCA Strategy developed and incorporated into a business case Stakeholder engagement in relation to the specification, price model & core framework requirements Business case signed off by GPS board 1.6.2012 Preparation for final tender documentation

  6. Management Information Requirements Duplicate pricing will be required, tendered rates plus 09/10 rates Monthly MI returns will require invoiced value plus invoice based on 09/10 rates Monthly MI return will require the amount of spend sub-contracted to SME’s if you are not an SME yourself

  7. Provisional Timescales OJEU issued 2.7.2012 Tender return date 10.8.2012 Evaluation period 27.8.2012 to 21.9.2012 Mandatory standstill start date w/c 1.10.2012 Framework go live date 1.12.2012
