  5. Exit Ticket • Name • Grade and teacher • Last book read • Three things that interest you • Write the call number of Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney • Please put anything about you that you want me to know that you do not want shared with anyone else.

  6. Map • Fill out Fiction, Magazine, Non-fiction, Reference, Everybody book sections. • Hand in survey and map. May work together on maps but not on Exit Ticket
