  3. OBJETIVO Implementar la ejecución de los Diplomados de Actualización Profesional: . "Gestión de los Procesos Pedagógicos para el Logro de Aprendizajes” y . “Compromisos de Gestión Escolar para el Logro de Aprendizajes” con el fin de mejorar las competencias relacionadas con el liderazgo pedagógico, la gestión de los procesos pedagógicos, acompañamiento y monitoreo al docente, así como, compromisos de gestión escolar y su acompañamiento y monitoreo,en el marco de un enfoque crítico reflexivo que permita la gestión efectiva de los procesos pedagógicos que incidan en el logro y la calidad de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes. El IPNM se encargará de planificar, organizar, ejecutar, evaluar e informar sobre las actividades académicas y administrativas de los Diplomados de Actualización Profesional.

  10. PLAN DE ESTUDIOS Los Diplomados de Actualización Profesional comprenden dos módulos de aprendizaje, los cuales serán desarrollados en 16 (dieciséis) semanas, con un total de 143 (ciento sesenta) horas pedagógicas, bajo la modalidad presencial y a distancia. Distribución de horas y créditos
