  2. Pourquoi l’intervention de l’IEFH? En quoi un crime d’honneur est-il différent d’un crime ordinaire? Est-ce qu’une femme a pu être assassinée parce qu’elle est une femme? Trahison par l’environnement familial …qui va défendre les intérêts de la victime?

  3. La constitution de partie civile dans l’affaire Sadia 1- Mission principale = combattre la discrimination fondée sur le sexe; 2- Action en justice; 3- Application des loi pénales; 4- Code Pénal = meurtre & assassinat; 5- Motif abject – art. 405 quarter C.P.; 6- Constitution de partie civile;

  4. Groupe de travail relatif aux violences liées à l’honneur 6 réunions thématiques -1, 2 : expertise étrangère ; -3 : conscientisation & prévention ; -4 : protection & prise en charge ; -5 : répression & l’enregistrement ; -6 : la coopération et le dialogue avec les communautés immigrées ;  Rapport final vers décembre 2008;
