Library Admin Reports You can pull a variety of reports via your library admin account: • Complete list of products • Newly added products or products added in a certain timeframe • Orders
Library Admin Reports • Leaving the time period blank for the Newly Added Products option will produce a report of all added products, beginning at the first added and ending with the most recent. • Leaving the time period blank for the Product Distribution option will generate a report of all products distributed in the order of total quantity shipped. • For the Product Distribution report, you can search by product ID.

Big Picture: Acceleration Time(February through May) What are we “transitioning,” for now? • Energysavers.gov content is primary focus for next few months • Other consumer and business content from Program sites: Working with PA to reasonably define criteria – e.g. what is of highest value to share with energy.gov and move into Drupal; stay tuned What are we “consolidating” and updating, for now? • Continuing work to identify sites, pages to consolidate, retire, archive • Conducting an “About the Office of EERE” consolidation – ca. 20 sites into 1-3 – just beginning, to be completed by end of April/early May • Considering, as per leadership direction and EERE strategic planning, how to best integrate certain updates that would slightly consolidate/retool home page and landing pages – and still integrate usability results Our user-centered work • Major progress – hitting key activity launch/milestone • Completing Usability • Responding to

Usability study USER EXPERIENCE STUDY – GOALS Diagnose - Understand how well the site serves our key audiences and their goals. What is working, what needs improvement? Behavioral insights - How do customers actually use the site? Baseline to compare - Do our redesign and transition efforts work? Unmet needs - How can we better serve key customers? Design and information architecture solutions - How do we improve the experience so it aligns with customer expectations?
