Communication Standards Tip Partnership Websites We have a new page on Standards about Partnership websites: www.eere.energy.gov/communicationstandards/partnership_websites.html You can make a partnership website if you are creating a website with an entity outside of EERE. That could be another DOE office, another agency, or an outside entity.
Communication Standards Tip Partnership sites have the option to have their own branding or URLs. And remember: • You don’t have to make a unique website just because you’re in a partnership. You can always choose to use EERE’s template, navigation, and standards. • All federal websites—even ones not branded to EERE—have to meet federal Web requirements. These are explained in the Partnership Site QA Checklist. • All partnership sites have to go through the Web Governance Team. Read the Partnership page thoroughly before you plan your site.
Wrap Up • Next meeting: March 21
